Christopher Ruud, CEO

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Christopher Ruud and his family became majority shareholders of DeltaHawk Engines in May 2015, when he assumed the leadership role. Prior to this role, Ruud served as Vice President Global LED Adoption, overseeing lighting markets for Cree LED lighting products world-wide. And previously led Ruud Lighting as president until the acquisition by Cree in August 2011. Ruud holds an executive master's degree in business administration from Loyola University and enjoys racing cars in endurance events.
Dennis Webb, Director of Marketing & Certification

Director of Marketing & Certification

Mr. Dennis Webb joined DeltaHawk in 2005. He is a senior level executive with a successful track record in general management, engineering, sales and marketing, manufacturing and international operations, in both public and private companies. His professional career began with Johnson Controls, Inc., where he held various positions in engineering, management, sales and global marketing. Mr. Webb holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license, is an FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER), and is also an instrument-rated pilot. Mr. Webb has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla, and has completed an Executive Program at the University of Virginia – Darden School of Business.
Doug Doers, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Doug Doers has been full time with the DeltaHawk companies since 1996 and has over 40 years of military, commercial, and general aviation experience as a pilot. Prior to co-founding the Company, he was the president of 21st Century Aviation, Inc., established in 1991 to provide consulting and assistance in manufacturing Velocity aircraft. Previously, Mr. Doers worked as a metallurgical technician with Ladish Corporation. Throughout his career, Mr. Doers has been involved in piloting and training in airplanes and helicopters, including two tours of duty in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot. Mr. Doers holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
Wayne Guillien, Director of Operations

Director of Operations

Mr. Wayne Guillien joined DeltaHawk in 2015. He has over 30 years of manufacturing, engineering and quality assurance directorship experience with companies including Ruud Lighting and Cree. Wayne is known for his strong leadership and strategic vision to optimize supply chain performance, and takes a pragmatic approach to addressing the needs of Production, Shipping, Receiving, Warehousing, Purchasing and Industrial Engineering. He served in the U.S. Air Force installing and supporting communications and air traffic control radar systems with the 485th EIG based in Rome, NY.
Lisa Fiorita, HR Manager

HR Manager

Ms. Lisa Fiorita, transitioned to DeltaHawk in 2015 as HR Manager, following a rewarding tenure at Ruud Lighting.  She oversees the development and implementation of new HR program elements, including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Handbook Design, etc. Ms. Fiorita’s passion resides in recruiting wonderful people, educating them on company culture, and helping them define their career path.  She is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, with a BA in Communications and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution Analysis.
